It is in this major premise, the corresponding concepts have been proposed, and related technologies have generated, such as: database, data warehouse, data modeling, data mining, data cleaning, etc.. Marketing management system is the use of these techniques to predict customer behavior according to the business needs of the customers, the establishment of mathematical models, to help dig out the useful information from the disordered mass of data, and to provide scientific data to assist the user in the final completion of the large amount of data pumping mention, data conversion, data loading and provide the scientific basis for decision-making enterprises. This article is in the full study tobacco commercial enterprise operation rules and fully integrate the experience of the author's work, on the basis of full understanding of the business needs of the tobacco industry, and in accordance with the development of computer technology, the appropriate join certain forward-looking design, this basis, a reasonable business logic model and logical model into a physical model, and establish a corresponding relationship with business data, and actual use of the tobacco industry enterprises to increase the operational efficiency of the tobacco companies to improve the scientific decision-making level. Also to make a brief introduction of the status of the current database, data warehouse, data mining, business intelligence and future trends, elaborated the concept, but also do their application portfolios, applications, advantages and disadvantages of each technology a simple summary. Described the latest applications and application significance of these technologies in the tobacco industry; tobacco industry at the same time to set up the database, data warehouse, marketing and management system to manage customer, management staff, to improve the level of office automation methods and theoretical depth study tobacco industry to use data mining techniques to refine the science of historical data, and provide a realistic implementation methods and scientific theoretical foundation of scientific support for business decisions.
