With the rapid development of economy, people’s living level iscontinuously improving, and the audience’s demand for arts and culture isgrowing as well, which prompted the rapid development of the stage mechanismtechnology. As an important part of the stage machinery, stage suspenders areextensively used in the performance. This not only enrich the diversity of stageperformance,but also enhanced the artistic quality of stage performance. Due tothe stage suspenders control technology started late in China, the technology isrelatively backward, for instance poor stable performance and weak stagesuspenders synchronization of suspenders could affect the performing stageeffect. While the foreign stage suspender control system has excellentperformance, it is expensive though. In this case, the topic of this essay aim atthe problems existing in current domestic stage suspenders control technologyindustry and brings a project. This project is developed forward to the stagesuspender control system that can adapt to the development of the modern stage,satisfy the requirements of stage performance which are stable and reliable, andhas good economy applicability. This not only conforms to the current nationalconditions but also responds to the state appeal of building aconservation-minded society. The major research content of this essay is asfollows:(1)According to the stage suspender’s characteristics and requirements, thisessay analyze the multi-stage speed control model comparing with thetraditional tri-stage speed control model, and validated multi-stage velocitymodel’s excellent control of stage suspender. By analyzing the different stagesof the speed control strategy, and discussing the key parameters of themulti-stage control strategy, the model is accomplished through programming atlast.(2)The study analyzed two structures of the stage suspender’ssynchronization control, based on which analysis the control strategy fordifferent stage bar’s synchronization control. According to the principles and characteristics of PID control and fuzzy control, synchronization control forstage governor suspender is designed with fuzzy adaptive PID master-slavesynchronization controller, and it is validated that has better effects thanconventional PID synchronization controller on stage suspender synchronouscontroller by the simulation research in MATLAB/simulink environment.(3)The project develops the monitor and management program for hostcomputer by VB, whose good man-machine interface provides convenient stagesuspender’s operation and maintenance.
