The world today is the world of personalized, today’s era is the era of personalization, the knowledge needs of the people is also more personalized. With the high speed development of information technology, people obtain the knowledge and information resources is much more easy by internet. But the knowledge and information is varied, chaotic, users tend to spend a lot of time identifying and screening information, thereby increasing the difficulties of using information, and this not only greatly waste user’s time, but also reduce the efficiency. So, personalized knowledge services coming into. To the implementation of personalized knowledge service, it is necessary to understand the needs of the user’s information behavior. This paper analyzes the user’s personalized knowledge service needs, focuses on the information behavior of network users, on this basis, Study the mode of personalized knowledge service, and imitate Library personalized knowledge service, finally propose the personalized knowledge service model based on user information behavior. The article is divided to six parts. The first part describes the thesis, significance and innovation, Summarizes, analyzes and researches current researchful situation at home and abroad. The second part presents the relevant theoretical basis, including the meaning of the behavior of user information, personalized knowledge service background, concepts and characteristics. The third section Progressively analyzes the needs of the users of personalized knowledge service; reveals the impact of demand factors, including environmental factors, organizational factors, personal factors; according to the different types of users, respectively explores its own rules and features. The fourth section is devoted to researching for the network user information behavior, from the behavior of the constituent elements of the network user information, the type, characteristics, influencing factors to the environment are analyzed. The fifth section introduces several personalized knowledge service models.including personalized information pushing service model, personalized information recommending service. The fifth section is a summary. This paper, mainly applies the documentary research, literature analysis, survey research and other research methods. The innovation of the article is to introduce the concept of personalized services to knowledge-based services. Summarizes the concept of personalized knowledge service, meaning, characteristics and modes of service.Directing at user’s information behavior, analyzed knowledge service needs of individual users. First identify the factors and characteristics that affect the user personalized knowledge service needs and the needs of users. Followed by, explored individual users, corporate users, government departments users behavior characteristics. Finally, proposed the personalized knowledge service model based on user information behavior.
