Effect Evaluation Studies on Science and Technology Park of Jiangxi Using DEA

Science and technology are primary productive forces, which is an eternal truth.Beginning in2008, Jiangxi Province started full implementation of the technology park project relying on the Productivity Promotion Center.The so-called science and technology park is an effective docking of technology and enterprises, and to promote leap-forward development of the park economy, turn the science and technology into practical productive forces.Build the evaluation index system of sicence and technology park effection by subdivided technology resources into seven segments which are manpower, financial investment, the basic conditions for investment, and patent output, scientific and technological achievements, economic, social and so on. Using data envelopment analysis(DEA) method and a mathematical model to evaluate the implementation of science and technology park in Jiangxi. Provide a reference for scientific and rational evaluation of the effect of implementation of the policy of Science and Technology park in Jiangxi, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of Jiangxi Province Industrial Park, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the industrial park. Finally, promote the new type of industrialization process in Jiangxi.
