With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the financial sector, the domestic operating environment of the banking industry has undergone profound changes, market competition is increasingly fierce. To improve management, enhance operational efficiency and employee performance in the new competitive landscape and market environment, banks have to strengthen the human resource management of grass-roots, designed the performance appraisal system of grass-roots organizations to enhance their core competitiveness level.Grass-roots organizations are the direct creator of effective and profitable, are the window of services and business in the bank, take the most basic work of the bank. Strengthen the banking performance of the grass-roots organizations, will help banks to do rational and effective use of resources, potential, enhance the level of management. there are still some shortcomings in the current bank of C of grass-roots organizations on the performance appraisal, performance appraisal can not fully play its role, to explore a scientific and reasonable, effective grassroots sector performance appraisal system is imperative.Full text on the above topics, divided into five chapters started. The first chapter is the Introduction to illustrate topics of the paper background, purpose and significance, methods and ideas, innovation and research issues to be deepened; second literature review chapter, respectively, the theoretical basis for performance appraisal, concept and composition of the Introduction; and performance appraisal theorists main theory is reviewed, for a brief review of the literature; introduced performance evaluation purposes, principles, and implementation of performance appraisal, management objectives and the various ways the system overview of international research, found that the inadequacies of previous research papers and learn the appropriate research methods. ChapterⅢanalyzes the current domestic bank performance evaluation and management of grass-roots organizations of the status quo, the problems and deficiencies. Chapter IV of the primary sector performance appraisal system for the improved design; basic management and business development from two angles to build a performance evaluation index system, and finally according to the actual work of grassroots organizations to improve the performance evaluation of implementation. Chapter V of the junior staff has been re-designed performance appraisal.
