Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is an economic region in the nationalstrategic level, but also the core area of Jiangxi Province to lead the scientificdevelopment, green rise into the core area of the bit to catch up. The internationalenvironment is complicated and varied, and the competition of the domestic regionalis increasingly fierce.The construction and development of the Poyang LakeEcological Economic Zone is filled with unlimited opportunities, but also facesenormous challenges.Regional rapid and healthy development focus is to playgeographical features and the formation of comparative advantage.But, power supportand enhance regional competitiveness is to implement and improve the regionalinnovation, and transformation of economic development.“Innovation is the soul of anation’s progress and prosperity of a nation is an inexhaustible motive force”.This paper takes the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone as research objectand its38administrative divisions as research units, attempts to use journal ofSystems Science—theory of dissipative structure to research the building&promotion work of the regional innovation system, which is of Poyang LakeEcological Economic Zone. On the basis of Entropy Theory,Theory of dissipativestructure&Regional innovation systems theory, analyzed and discussed the four basiccharacteristics of innovation system of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zonedissipative structure. The results show that the regional innovation system of PoyangLake Ecological Economic Zone is an objective existence of dissipative structure,Specific performance as the following aspects:(1)Innovation system of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has a closeexchange of material, information and funds with the outside world, this innovationsystem is an open system;(2)Comparative analysis of the GDP indicators, indicators of industrial structureand the composite indicator of the high-tech industries demonstrates Poyang LakeEcological Economic Zone and the counties in this zone In a far from equilibrium,either in time or space;(3)Multiple linear regression analysis between the economic indicators ofhigh-tech enterprises and between the input and output analog of Poyang LakeEcological Economic Zone innovation system by reductio ad absurdum and the computer-aided software spss18.0,the result shows Poyang Lake EcologicalEconomic Zone innovation system does not has multiple linear relationship, but theexistence of multiple nonlinear;(4)According to the comparative analysis of regional GDP growth rate ofPoyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the area counties in10years, eitherwhole or within the system between each unit,we can see that repeated fluctuation andmutation exist in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone innovation system;Based on the characteristics of dissipative structure and the analysis of therelationship between entropy and dissipative structures,this paper raised somecountermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the four basic(open, far fromequilibrium, nonlinear interaction&fluctuation and mutation) characteristics ofdissipative structures, in order to build and promote the Poyang Lake EcologicalEconomic Zone innovation system. At last, may this paper could provide meaningfulevidence and ideas for the practice of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zoneinnovation system.
