Human Resource Managers’ Dual Commitment Empirical Research

Double commitment in foreign countries already have more study of the theory research and empirical research, but most of them are based on studies of western cultural background and social background, in Asian countries have done relatively less, and the study according to our research is more less. For the study, the existing double promise research focuses on discussion of the organization’s commitment and employee commitment to trade unions, and probes into both the antecedent, influence factors, correlation and integration of ascension method, etc. But double promise even multiple commitment is not just limited to two different systems or different organization commitment, employees may have different forms of multiple commitment, such as professional commitment and to the organization commitment is one of them. This paper argues that human resource managers also has the dual commitment, they promised to organization in the meanwhile, also to professional make promises, so the suggested human resource managers double promise, that is human resources managers’organizational commitment and professional commitment.This article through the form of questionnaire survey to human resource managers double promise questionnaire empirical studies conducted by the data is analyzed from the draw, it is concluded that the following main conclusions:1, human resources managers’ organizational commitment and professional commitment in most dimensions positive correlation. Through further regression analysis of organizational commitment, professional commitment in the emotional commitment and continue to promise considerably affect, and has good prediction effect; On organizational commitment of the influence of opportunity, with smaller commitment moderate prediction effect; In normative commitment of organizational commitment, with only little impact on the prediction effect of low. To sum up, the human resources management professional commitment height affect their organizational commitment. 2、This paper analysis the organize atmosphere and competent commitment as the influential factors to research the method that can improve human resources managers’ organizational commitment and professional commitment. Through the analysis about the correlation between the conclusion is the organization of organizational commitment atmosphere, this paper conclude that organization atmosphere have significant influence on the emotional commitment of professional commitment and organize commitment.According to above empirical study findings, this article put forward some suggestions to ascend the human resource managers’dual commitment from the organization’s atmosphere, competent commitment and some other angles.
