Performance management is an important ways of the modern human resource management,which is widely used in enterprise management at home and abroad, it provides a set of scientific method for the standardization of enterprise management and strategic objectives for the implementation. But the performance management is a double-edged sword, it can encourage staff when it is used correctly, activate the vitality of enterprises;otherwise,it not only does not have a real effect and go through the motions,but also will be counterproductive,and lead to aggravate enterprise internal contradictions.At present, domestic tourism is in capital-intensive stage, and preferences strategies and investment, generally not very great importance to science and rational management,the understanding of performance management is the stage of performance evaluation or labor Human administration. At the same time, for this industry has always been the traditional,the management overlook the human resource efficiency in the way of reasonable design in performance and salary, neglecting staff’s importance on the enterprise development, Ignoring of staff wastage rate of the enterprise’s kernel competitive power, and turn a blind eye to the staff’s development.Along with more and more intense market competition,domestic tourism industry face the competition more and more incentive. Constructing the performance management system conform to the actual effectively and spurring all departments and employees to improve performance,is the important guarantee to promote the enterprise benefit and e enhancement core competitive power of the enterprise.This paper regard performance appraisal system of M company as a major study, Carried out all-round investigation and analysis to it.M company is a tourism service private enterprise in Wuhan, provides travel, food and beverage, guest room, shopping service in it. Facing strong competition pressure from tourism industry in Hubei province and needing to upgrade for National 5A scenic area,M company have to establish a complete performance management system urgently.Facing the above issue, the author researched on the subject of M company’s performance appraisal system,resorting to carry out interviews,lookup company material and check the scene. Connection with Performance management theory, redesigned system of performance examine indicators, solved the problem of assessment standards measure, improved the performance management procedure,and how to apply the performance appraisal results,and so on,then establish the scenic’s performance management system.In this paper, performance indicator design and quantitation of assessment standards are the focus of this writing.
