Knowledge worker becoming valuable knowledge wealth resource among modern enterprise in virtue of innovation platform of knowledge economy, knowledge talent will be competed essential among enterprise market competition. The workers in modern enterprise are different from tradition conceptive worker in planned economy stage in China; They will not satisfy with indemnificatory system of "a lifelong secure job or position"any longer, and they will not satisfy with lower level of their need as "adequate food and clothing"any longer, and they will not take the role as "passenger"in enterprise, Depending to themselves knowledge capitals and technique power, they expection realize their values and profession development blue picture with organization platform in enterprise.Knowledge workers have more strong independence and self-determination in their work, and they emphasize slef pilot and fair competition during work. They expect participate decision-making of enterprise meantime they finish their daily work.Knowledge worker realize their value root the development plan and strategy of enterprise.The organization fair environment of enterprise is very important for keep knowledge worker steadily. The knowledge worker will not transfer self-conscious their knowledge into enterprise innovation until worker feel fair from enterprise in their heart.Knowledge worker will turnover and try to find new work chance when they find unfair they get. Indication from study, there are salience correlation for knowledge worker between personnel factor and the feeling fair in organization, there are salience interaction for knowledge worker between work responsibility and feeling fair. The contribution behavor will be stonger when worker feeling fair better, and the turnover tendency behavor will be stonger when worker feeling fair worse.Base on turnover actual condition in B company during last5years record, this article mainly study enterprise organization fair feels and turnover tendency of worker in B company by spot check measure. After study the result from foreign article and domain expert opitions, It will analysis the characters of knowledge worker factor contents of organization fair and turnover tendency of knowledge worker. The study structure will built via study worker personnel factor and organization fair feel and turnover tendency, and questionnaire will be issued for study knowledge worker organization fair feel and turnover tendency among worker, the questionnaires will be issued among five project to150worker in B Company. The database was built based on questionnaire result and effective filter work. Utilize SPSS16.0software tools, the study included single factor analysis between personnel characters and organization fair feel、single factor analysis between personnel characters and turnover tendency\correlation analysis and regression analysis between turnover tendency and organization fair feel. The clear conclusion is relavent analysis negative correlation between organization fair feel and turnover tendency. The highest correlation is the one between distribution fair and turnover tendency. Suggession will be provided base on the above conclusion for high technique knowledge enterprise belong to foreign capital service model that improve worker organization fair feel and weaken worker turnover tendency.
