Along with application of the computer in the enterprise management, more and more manager can help the relevant system simulation software to simulate the reality of production and service process when processing production system optimization, through quantitative analysis to determine the choice of process optimization, and to evaluate the effect of the system optimization.This paper use the Flexsim as the tool, combine the industrial engineering theory and method, and discusses the optimization scheme of Multi-item Small-lot Settings system, and with LED production system of ZhongHuanHuaXiang Co., LTD for example, and introduce the steps of the method. It mainly includes two parts:1.optimization of workshop layout and logistics routes.2. the optimization of the LED production line.The research idea of this paper is. the first, simulate operation of system with Flexsim. through the cameracature and object statistics, judge the production system problem, and then through the classical industrial engineering theory and method, make optimization scheme, then the optimized scheme simulation running again, if the problem of production system solved, adopted the scheme, if not, continue the process until the problem solved.This article introduced a new method of system optimization, it is applied to both product system and service system, it combines the methods of qualitative and quantitative, theory and reality of contact, to help lot for the manager’s decision behavior.
