As a form of industrial organization, industrial cluster have made great contributions to promote regional economic development. Rapid development momentum of industrial cluster and the economic effect has caused wide public concern of numerous regional and scholars both at home and abroad. Industry cluster can reduce the enterprise’s production, transportation, trading and marketing costs, share resources among enterprises, and improve the technology innovation ability, production efficiency and product quality of enterprise, enhance the industry’s core competitive ability. The scale economy and scope economy benefit Industrial clusters played can promote the economic growth of a region and even the whole country. All these advantages provide good environment and opportunities to create product brand and thus create enterprise brand and regional brand for the enterprise. With the continuous development of industrial cluster and regional brand will be gradually formed. For a region, the development of industrial cluster is the powerful means to promote regional economic development and improve the competitive advantage. But keep industrial clusters sustainable development from recession, only cultivating regional brand. Regional brand is a sign of the region characteristic and the intangible assets of regional industry cluster, even more the advanced stage of the development of industrial clusters. Therefore, to explore forming factors of regional brand based on industrial cluster and the impact of industry cluster advantages to regional brand has important theoretical and practical significance for developing regional brand theory and promoting regional brand cultivation.Since China’s reform and opening up, with the vigorous development of the industry cluster in our country, some areas in our country has appeared the phenomenon of regional brand, that in some areas industrial cluster formed have emerged regional brand effect. But what factors affect the formation of the regional brand? What kind of role Industrial clusters played in the formation process of regional brand? So far, there is not a definite answer. In this paper, through collecting and organizing a large number of relevant literatures about industrial cluster and regional brand, found that industrial clusters and the formation of regional brands have a certain inevitable contact, it is a series of advantages of industrial clusters to promote the formation of regional brand. Therefore, through the literature find industry cluster advantage factors to effect the formation of regional brand, empirical study the influence degree about the industry cluster advantages to regional brand becomes the theme of this research. In this paper, we choose more mature pharmaceutical industrial cluster in Guangdong province as the research object, through the case analysis approach discusses industry cluster advantages effecting regional brand based on micro enterprise, thus to make theoretical explanation for industrial cluster influencing regional brand mechanism, in order to provide theoretical guidance in the cultivation of regional brand of industrial cluster in our country.
