The post-evaluation of residential real estate is the research organization of preparatory work for residential real estate project, the project construction process, after completion of the project management, determines the project’s planned objectives and the gap between the actual situations, to find out bias reasons. Lessons learned, and through timely and effective feedback, to develop practical measures and countermeasures for the future improvement of project location, project implementation and management, project monitoring, and create the conditions. After the adoption of evaluation, can reduce blindness in the project decision-making, and improve investment returns, but also can be late for the residential real estate project management suggestions for improvement.This article from a residential real estate project post-evaluation of the contents and characteristics of residential real estate projects and post evaluation of research status at home and abroad, combined with residential real estate, residential real estate a more systematic post-project evaluation of the methods and theories and application system, and combined analysis of case studies.Paper to control and feedback theory, modern management theory, sustainable development theory as a theoretical basis, insists on the combination of qualitative and quantitative, theoretical research and case study method of combining light of the specific project analysis. In the investigation and comprehensive analysis, based on historical and realistic perspective objective analysis and evaluation, make recommendations, and to establish consistent with the characteristics of residential real estate after the evaluation index system. Article using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, AHP, the gray system theory, the three combined, comprehensive residential real estate project post-evaluation, after the evaluation is to solve the integrated multi-level nature of many aspects, fuzzy and all the same level the importance of the issue of different factors to ensure the objectivity of evaluation results, accuracy, more so than the applicability of traditional methods.
