With the development of economic globalization, the relationship between domestic economy and the world economy becomes consanguineous, more and more foreign enterprises expand gradually in China. The entry of foreign enterprises and the development of the domestic enterprises bring vast development opportunity, but also bring great challenges to the domestic logistics enterprises. Generally performance appraisal of the staff of logistic enterprises is of great importance for companies’economic efficiency, It’s only to propose a comprehensive, objective and candid performance appraisal, which could raise their enthusiasm and capability for working, that the fulfillment of companies’fundamental developing goals is guaranteed. However, design of the staff of logistic enterprises performance appraisal is a complicated project. Due to the disparity of industry background, enterprise development phrase and the staff of logistic enterprises channels, the performance appraisal in different companies are of great otherness. Therefore, how reasonable performance appraisal system found that the enterprises themselves in the process of competition has been emerging issues and potential problems, and in accordance with the actual situation of enterprises at any time adjust to continuously enhance their core competitiveness, required to adapt to competition, the strategic goal of enterprise development for the implementation of major significance. This thesis will study on China’s logistic enterprise performance evaluation for employee, through the analysis of the performance appraisal system of logistic enterprises for staff in China, and giving some policies and proposals to china’s logistic enterprises performance evaluation system of staff, it not only has the theory significance, but also has the vital practical significance.The thesis firstly introduced on the basis of purpose of study, significance of research, relative study in both domestic and overseas as well as content and methods. Then it described basic theories of the staff of logistic enterprises performance appraisal and introduced the definitions of performance as well as performance appraisal. Besides, the definition of Key Performance Indicators and so on. The third chapter takes the staff of logistic enterprises performance appraisal present situation as a case, analyzes its existing performance appraisal problems, and finds out various factors that affect the performance appraisal, The fourth chapter puts forward the performance appraisal system improved methods, then using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method to redesign the performance appraisal system of logistic enterprises, this part including design principles, content, methods and performance indicator system. The fifth chapter takes DB logistic enterprises as an example, introducing the staff of DB logistic enterprises performance appraisal present situation and analyzing its existing performance appraisal problems. Then propose improvement plan for the staff of DB logistic enterprises performance appraisal. At last, this thesis makes a conclusion and describes research prospects.
