In dealing with emergencies, departments, organizations are increasingly linked, theconventional single department to respond to emergencies model has been difficult to copewith the new situation, cross-industry, cross-market response logistics has becomeincreasingly prominent regional coordination urgent need to establish mechanisms forregional coordination of emergency logistics, establishment of effective co-ordination,integration of emergency resources, improve efficiency to respond to emergencies in orderto reduce possible losses and disasters, maintaining the safety of people, to achieve socialharmony and stability.This paper describes the background and significance of topics, analysis of the currentemergency response logistics and regional coordination mechanism under study the presentsituation of research ideas and methods. Then emergency management theory, coordinationtheory, combined with previous theory and research on the emergency, emergency logisticsand coordination mechanisms to explain the concept, and summarizes the currentemergency response logistics and regional coordination mechanism under the presentpractice problems. Paper and then build a logistics emergency response under theframework of regional coordination mechanism, analyzes its processes, in the main, theprinciple of coordination, operation mode, and the level of coordination mechanisms, themarket coordination mechanism, the network co-ordination mechanisms, as well as adetailed standardized coordination mechanisms discussed. On this basis, build a regionalcoordination of emergency logistics and impact evaluation system, and the use of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation of the regional coordination of emergency logistics in Beijing toevaluate the effect of the results show that the coordination effect is satisfactory. Articleconcludes with a comprehensive emergency response mechanism for regional coordinationof logistics measures, indicating that the article’s conclusions and innovation, pointing outthat the lack of research and development in this direction.
