Modern logistics, as a newly developing industry,has been included in the ten national industrial adjustment and revitalization planning.It plays an increasingly important role in the national economy.As a composite producer services,it has increasingly high degree of integration with the manufacturing industry, commerce and trade circulation industry.Under the background of the industry and enterprise boundaries increasingly blurred,any enterprise are not likely to obtain long-term benefits through carrying out the production and operation activities isolated. Facing the more and more complicated and changeable environment, logistics enterprises need seek a symbiotic and synergistic with customers and competitors to obtain living space.This article explore and study the logistics enterprises ecosystem based the business perspective, study the laws of logistics enterprises growth evolution and ecosystem structure, co-evolution and symbiosis operation mechanism with enterprise customers, competitors.This article includes four parts:Introduction and Summary of research theory(Chapterl and Chapters2);The process of growth of the logistics enterprises and its ecosystem structure(Chapters3and4);Co-evolution between logistics enterprises with enterprise customers, competitors;(Chapters5and6), Suggestions and conclusions(Chapter7). The contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:Chapter1, Introduction, including the background, research significance,ideas, contents,methods, main innovations and deficiencies.Chapter2, Theory research and literature review. Based on literature review about the logistics industry cluster theory,the business ecosystem theory and transaction cost theory, synergy theory,etc,this chapter describes the logistics enterprises is like a living body, connotation and denotation continued to expand, gather in space like other industries.and with the cluster effect,industry dependence,cluster network openness,etc.The logistics enterprises in symbiotic network form a stable symbiotic relationship is conducive to the reduction of transaction cost and promote the growth of the entire logistics ecosystem evolution.Chapter3, Combined with the development of China’s logistics enterprises, this paper study the laws of logistics enterprises growth evolution and ecosystem structure.Firstly, the paper proposed the logistics enterprises logistic growth model to analyze its law of growth.Secondly,the formation of logistics enterprise cluster experienced the basic functions associated type, comprehensive function type and collaborative virtual type.Thirdly,according to the complexity and the complex features of the logistics enterprises,proposed asset-based logistics company, client agent logistics enterprises, service platform based logistics company, integrated service-oriented logistics enterprises.Combined with enterprise life cycle theory, proposed logistics enterprise life cycle divided into the pioneering stage, expansion stage, mature stage and decay stage. Put forward characteristics of the three main types of logistics enterprises and its evolution with ecological environment.Chapter4, Put forward the overall ecosystem structure of logistics enterprises and the ecological chain. Firstly, analyzed the reasons for the formation of the logistics enterprises ecosystem.Secondly, Put forward the logistics enterprises ecosystem include core business ecosystem, expanding business ecosystem, complete business ecosystem and proposed two-layer composite structure of the logistics ecosystem. To clarify the co-evolution of logistics enterprises and enterprises is the key; co-evolution between the logistics enterprises is motivation.On this basis, proposed logistics ecological system has levels, complexity, adaptivity, boundary vagueness, coevolution,etc. Thirdly, proposed in the ecosystem, there are economic, political, legal, financial, culture and competitive factors on the logistics enterprises.Lastly, detailed analysis of the chain of survival about asset-based logistics company, client agent logistics enterprises, service platform based logistics company and integrated service-oriented logistics enterprises.Chapter5, Analyzes supply and demand-the collaborative evolution of the relationship between logistics enterprises and customer in the ecological system. Based on factor analysis of symbiosis and symbiotic development model, put forward in ecosystem the types and strategic of collaborative and implementation mechanism. Elaborate the symbiotic interface is the premise of symbiosis, symbiotic energy reflects the degree of symbiosis. Analyzes collaboration between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, business enterprises, composite cluster. Proposed that research on the customer demand and core interests is the key to the sustainable development of logistics enterprises. Emphasize on mutual adaptation mechanism based on the symbiotic relationship between logistics enterprises with customers in logistics ecosystem lies in the trust mechanism, and to demonstrate through Game Analysis on ecosystem symbiotic partners mutual choice. This chapter take Yiwu International Trade City and logistics enterprise symbiotic development process as an example, analysis the symbiotic growth,collaborative evolution between logistics enterprises and the market in the service content, service pattern, service means.Chapter6, Focus the analysis on the logistics ecosystem relationship of competition and cooperation between enterprises. From niche dimension, width, overlap, and density properties, this chapter analyzes the interactive relationship between enterprises within the ecosystem to live together, co-evolution.Proposed symbiotic relationship between enterprises into enterprise laterality, enterprises partial harm,enterprise symbiosis,enterprise competition, enterprise predation. Elaborate the logistics enterprises compromise collaboration, learning collaboration, cluster symbiotic collaboration, information platform. Taking Transfar logistics base as an example analyzes information platform symbiosis collaboration. Describes the integration of information resources is conducive to ecological system to realize the value creation and the maximization value. According to the role positioning in logistics ecosystem,the logistics enterprises is divided into platform-based enterprise, the dominate enterprise,niche enterprise, general functional enterprise, put forward that the success of the business ecosystem needs provided to create strategies to match the value of that core strategy, reap the benefits strategy, dominator strategy and niche strategy. Through the implementation of differentiation strategies to achieve between enterprises the complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual cooperation, risk sharing. To keep the dynamic balance of competition and cooperation to achieve logistics enterprise competitive co-evolution.Chapter7, Put forward the suggestion, Include:promote the synergy of the supply and demand of logistics services, play the role of the logistics industry associations, strengthen government support for logistics enterprises and create a good ecological environment. Summarized from the following aspects:the construction of logistics enterprise chain of survival in logistics ecosystem, the maintenance of value net of business ecosystem, the supply and demand collaborative evolution between logistics enterprises and customer enterprise, the competitive synergy between the logistics enterprises. Arrival at a conclusion: Logistics enterprises in coordination with the customer business development and collaborative competition between logistics enterprises is the essence of logistics enterprises evolving development.Thesis innovation1.From the business perspective study logistics ecosystem and put forward two-layer composite structure of the logistics ecosystem. To clarify the co-evolution of logistics enterprises and enterprises is the key, co-evolution between the logistics enterprises is motivation. The collaborative relationship of success or not directly affects the healthy and sustainable development of the logistics ecosystem. That only build to maximize symbiotic energy is key to stimulate and maintain the logistics enterprises and cooperative relations.2.Put forward the logistics enterprises compromise collaboration, learning collaboration, cluster symbiotic collaboration, in formation platform. Through the sharing of information system of logistics information resources and integrated management to realize integration of social logistics resources. Come to a conclusion:competition mechanism makes the ecosystem development dynamic, collaborative mechanism to allow individuals in ecosystems to the close collaboration and generate a greater effects than the sum of the individual.3.According to the complexity and the complex features of the logistics enterprises,proposed asset-based logistics company, client agent logistics enterprises, service platform based logistics company, integrated service-oriented logistics enterprises. From the industry life cycle perspective analysis the laws of logistics enterprises growth evolution and ecosystem structure. Produce a symbiotic synergies only if the logistics enterprises share value with the stakeholders. InadequateThe research on collaborative relationship is not to touch the relevant companies who provide service support,such as communications companies, financial institutions and logistics real estate business, etc.It is difficult to reflect the whole picture and evolution of the entire logistics enterprise ecosystem.
