Lingnan pass is produced on the basis of Yangchengtong for the realization of publictraffic interconnection and interflow, so far it has achieved Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing,etctwelve cities traffic interconnection and interflow. From the condition of Lingnan pass’sbusiness, because of the different environment of using card on different city, people lack ofthe consciousness of using card, lead to the quantity of charg and volume is not high, theoperation subject are mostly in loss state, this has made a massive blow for the operationsubject’s enthusiasm, and further lead to the city that has not join the Lingnan pass are swingon whether join Lingnan pass or not. This has become a very large obstacles on the process ofGuangdong public traffic interconnection and interflow. So how to make full use of theresources, provide good value-added service that has good benefits has become the keyproblems. Based on this, according to the Guangdong province’s economic developmentconditions and Lingnan pass’s general development strategy, analyzing the deployable valueadded business model and designing the technical support scheme.This paper main contentsare as follows:(1) the Lingnan pass electronic business model research. From the value orientation,marketing channel, customer relationship management, market environment, partner network,profit mode analysis, six aspects study the Lingnan pass electronic business model.Discussing the restricting factors that is in the process of developing Lingnan pass electroniccommerce business.(2) research on the express model that based on public transport. Analyzing the marketpresent situation of Guangdong express business, from the business network, customerservice center construction, payment and settlement system construction three aspects,designing the express based on public transport’s payment business model based on theLingnan pass, which city express based on rail transportation and between cities in theprovince express business based on the long-distance passenger transport-tianhe passengerdepot express business, and design the two business’s joining.(3) business process and cost analysis that based on public transport express. Forordinary express delivery business and based on public transport express business on the costof investment project analysis and validated, and analyzing the two express business timeefficiency.(4) designing the Lingnan pass e-commerce business technology scheme and expressbusiness payments technical scheme.
