Throughout the education system, teaching in a pivotal position, the language of education reform is a very important part of teaching reform. Currently, the national reform of vocational language teaching is carried out in full swing, but the development of school-based teaching materials and the preparation is still a relatively pale areas. To develop textbooks for the various occupational groups is a common requirement for basic language literacy, can not solve the different schools on different professional needs of different language skills. Therefore, we think of teaching materials needed to meet the need for reform of vocational education, teaching materials and professional services to design issues such as how to develop an open, contemporary, practical school-based teaching materials, supplementary materials as a uniform.In this paper, literature research, comparative study, questionnaire survey, in Guangzhou in the language of existing staff to do in-depth study four sets of materials, active exploration and bold reform, aims to explore the development of school-based vocational language teaching approach, the preparation of a professional school for my needs, employment-oriented vocational language teaching materials, Update teachers philosophy of education, changing relationship between passive learning of students, improve student interest in language learning, providing students with a consistent taste, like to read the materials, Students in both the process of language learning by the excellent culture of the mold, but also have the necessary professional skills training, hope to improve their language literacy and language skills to achieve professional results.The paper is divided into four parts.Part I:guiding principles from the Teaching Materials, writing style, text, distribution systems and four hours on four sets of the existing common language teaching staff of Guangzhou City for systematic comparative analysis, pointing out deficiencies. Part II:investigation and analysis of the current teachers and students in Guangzhou City, the use of functional status of language teaching materials, teaching materials used in the course of that problem.Part III:This paper describes the preparation of vocational language teaching concepts and principles. Pointed out that the preparation of vocational language teaching materials should be people-centered philosophy of education, employment-oriented vocational education philosophy, Constructivism, and under the guidance of the concept of multiple intelligences, training and capacity to follow the principle of combining cultural influence, diversity and the principle of combining daily life, times and the principle of combining practicality, interest and specialty of combining the principle of "necessary" and "enough"in Principles.Part IV:In this paper the preparation of vocational language teaching ideas. Vocational language teaching materials can be used in the preparation of the way to cultivate good professional quality and improve students oral and writing skills as the main line to the module composition as a framework, the content of professional needs tiered system.Teaching materials designed four modules:literary appreciation, oral communication training, practical writing training, language synthesis practice. Clarify their objectives for each module, specific to students speaking and writing as the core cognitive law students anchored to the actual, practical focus to reading, oral communication, writing, comprehensive language ability as progressive Level, regardless of unit, not deliberate pursuit of systematic knowledge, and integrity of the language.
