As a new growth point of national economic development, the construction industry in rapid development, there have many problems, even almost every construction contract will have or appear more or less, such as:the effectiveness of the construction contract, construction engineering quality problems, the construction market behavior is not standardized, insufficient investment, especially underinvestment caused a large number of outstanding payments and there are not bidding on signed black and white contract. The existence of these problems seriously affect the healthy development of the construction industry, but also affect the construction of a harmonious society, therefore, to strengthen the standardization of the construction contract management has become a top priority of regulating the construction industry.This article draws on practice and experience of domestic and international standardized management on the construction contract, combined with the actual situation of Hohhot, and strengthening standardized management of the construction contract on the basis of analysis of the status of the construction contract management in Hohhot, a few comments and recommendations. First part of this brief introduction to the basic theory of the construction contract, the basic concept to define and strengthen the practical significance of the standardized management of the construction contract on this basis, the second part of the status of construction contract management in Hohhot problems, and analyze the reasons for these problems. After analysis of the causes of the problems in the third part of this article, foreign construction contract management practices, and foreign construction contract management for our reference. On this basis, combined with the experience gained in knowledge and work process I learn a few suggestions to strengthen standardized management of construction projects and contract in the fourth part of the author of this article, including:improving the management of construction contract legislation, law enforcement and justice, enhance the binding of the construction contract management; strengthen the supervision of all aspects of the construction contract; changes in the evaluation of government departments and their staff performance standards; enhance awareness of contract law; improve the management of construction contract system; improve the construction market access system, building construction market credit system; other measures to strengthen the construction contract management standardization.
