In the eyes of Chinese language teachers,composition teaching is still the soft spot and big and difficult problem of Chinese language teaching in senior high school. Under the high pressure of entrance exam, senior high school students are confined within the set pattern from working out the plot of the composition to performing of Chinese language, which makes teaching, learning and examining in composition teaching run into a vicious circle. Therefore, it is put forward in this thesis that Dialogue Theory should be well explored to build a sound and effect education philosophy.Based on composition teaching in senior high school, this thesis combines Dialogue Theory and other subjects like Philosophy, Education theory and Arts to analyze the benefit we can draw from Dialogue Theory. It is pointed out that more attention might be paid to the communication between writers, the improvement of creation and the pursuing of the value of language during the process of the using of Dialogue Theory in in senior high school composition teaching. According to this thesis, this kind of teaching theory is characterized by the improvement of writing skill through the dialogues from varying levels, comparatively open teaching environment, the progress of experiencing and sharing of the language life, the interactive relationship between teachers and students and the multivariate evaluation on teaching. Facing the obstacles including the bad effect from teachers’authority, the absence of independent thinking and the irrationality on teaching evaluation, we could take a method that making dialogues with the real life based on critical thinking and with the composition itself grounded on innovative thinking, through which it may be achieved that students are more likely to communicate with themselves and willing to cultivate the awareness of placing themselves in readers’position within the interactive environment based on dialogues between the real life and students themselves.It is worthy to make deep research and exploration, on the application of Dialogue Theory sharing the same aim with the new teaching plan on composition teaching to blaze a new trail to find a way out of the current dilemma of senior high school composition teaching.
