Rural co-operative financial is an important part of rural financial system. At the same time, it is also an important force in support of China’s rural economic development. Chinese government also pays great attention to the development of rural financial. The reform of rural financial system runs through the rural economic and social development. Especially after 2003, because of the correct leadership of the Party and the support of other governments, a new round of the rural co-operative financial reform is prompting steadily. The reform of rural credit co-operatives has made great progress. Historical burden has been effectively resolved and operation mechanism is continuously improved. But at present rural co-operative financial organization is in development dilemma, which restricts its rapid development and interferes with the stability of the financial situation in rural areas.Combining the standard analysis method with the empirical analysis method, the study explores the rural co-operative financial development pattern at the foothold of the rural credit co-operatives. The study is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the background and the significance of the subject. And then it reviews the research achievement of other scholars at home and abroad. At last it introduces the research method, main content, innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter tells the differences of rural co-operative financial development mode between other developed countries. Based on this, the study summarizes the basic characteristics of rural co-operative financial system in developed countries.The third chapter introduces the differences between China’s rural co-operative finance model, which contains co-operative economic model, co-operative system model, rural commercial bank model, rural co-operative bank model. The fourth chapter introduces the deep contradictions which rural credit co-operatives are facing at present. This chapter puts the tortuous course of rural credit co-operatives as logic starting point and analysis the deep contradictions which rural credit co-operatives are facing at present. For example, the conflict between the fuzzy property right system and the absence of structure, the conflict between "three agriculture" direction and capital input structure, the conflict between regulation construction and supervision system.The last chapter tells us how to improve the development of rural co-operative financial system from the view of rural credit co-operatives itself and external environment.
