With the vigorous development of social economy, People’s culture grade havemade great progress. The Annual output and the annual output value make sustainablegrowth in recent years. This paper based on this basis, aims to ascertain the intensivemodel suit for Rizhao green tea. The crux of the matter of Rizhao green tea is how todispense the development bottleneck. As the area of relative late developing green tea,Rizhao have achieved good results these years, but some restrict factors exist at the sametime.The intensive theory in agriculture is a significant way for increasing economicefficiency and the rate of output in recent years. This article selects Rizhao green tea asthe object of study, researches the theoretical basis of intensive development earnestly,afterwards analyses the environment of green tea industry in our country, and thensummarizes the manufacturing status of Rizhao green tea. This article uses SWOTanalysis to analyse the current environment of Rizhao green tea from two different angles.Then calculates the strategic position and defines the strategic vector of Rizhao green tea,By collecting the date of the condensed questionnaire, this article segmentalizes themarket of Rizhao green tea, And ascertain the strategy from three angles. At last, underthe view of intensive, puts forward marketing strategy about the intensive developmentof Rizhao green tea passing through environment analyzing and strategy position making,expect to provide some reference for green tea industry in Rizhao.
