Lack of rural credit system has become China's rural development funding constraints of the important reasons. Establish and improve the rural credit system, the formation of an effective rural credit system is to ease the financial constraints of rural development an important way. In this study, for example, Shanghai, China's rural credit system for study abroad in the full summary of the successful experience of the rural credit system, based on the analysis of Shanghai Rural Credit System problems, put forward to promote the Shanghai Rural Credit System Construction Strategy explore the establishment of Shanghai for rural development and the characteristics of the credit system, thus further promoting the development of agriculture in Shanghai. The study is divided into five parts: Part I: Introduction. Part IV: Shanghai Rural Credit System Status and Problems.
