This thesis is a research on production scene management in Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., based on the theory of IE (Industrial Engineering), LP (Lean Production) and60. It applied synthetically the tool of time study method, value-analysis, and identification and eliminates waste, for improving production efficiency and promoting field management ability in LIUGONG.The thesis analyzes Time study Circumstance of LIUGONG, proposing relevant time calculation, categorization model and calculation method.It summarizes the AST (Activity Sequence Time) research, which collecting application process and operation. It applies and systematic analyzes the methods of production line layout optimization, value chart research, operate research and5S etc, and analyzes production layout logistics, process flow and production balance etc, reducing useless activity and waste phenomenon during the whole process, shortening the manufacturing period, which realizes spot improvement basically.The thesis summarized advantages and disadvantages during improvement process, discussed innovative AST study analysis method and systematically discussed experience of relevant technique improving progress with this adoption in LIUGONG, which is important to guide LIUGONG and the same manufacturing&machining industry for developing field improvement; exploring a set of field management methods which is suitable for the enterprise; copying mode extensively outside of LiuGong and continuously improvement in local application for innovation and breakthrough.
