In recent years, with the introduction of the reform policies, the reform of domestic electric power industry is accelerating. The ever-changing industry environment makes much opportunities and threats for domestic electric power enterprises. The key is high-quality human resources for the domestic electric power enterprise. Because it plays an important role in the development of domestic electric power enterprises. Recruitment is the mean of enterprises getting the human resources, and its levels directly influence the quality of enterprises’human resources.As a electric power enterprise, YH corporation lacks a set of recruitment project. The low-level recruitment reduces the quality of its human resources. This paper centeres on the design of YH corporation’s recruitment project. It is divided into five parts:the first part outlines the background and the research methods and siginficnce; the second part analyses the basic theory and method of recruitment, and is the theoretical foundation of the empirical study. The third part analyses the situation of the YH corporation’s human resource and recruitment, and puts forward the existing problems and cause, which is the reality foundation of the paper; the fourth part analyses the recruiting process, needs, plan and assessment and so on, and designs the YH corporation’s recruitment project, which is good for the requirements of its own development; the fifth part consides the main conclusions of the paper, and points out the future researching direction.This paper designs the YH corporation’s recruitment project, which has the important practical significance on the ascension of YH corporation’s recruitment efficiency and the improving of the level of its human resources and competitiveness.
