The development of industrial parks and investment promotion in China had greatachievement since the reform and opening up, some local governments are constantly sumup experience in the actual work of the investment promotion, and gradually formed itsown unique investment promotion model. At the same time, the investment promotion isthe inevitable product of the rapid development of the social division of labor and themarket economy, but also to attract capital and technology. It is one of the effectivemethods for economic development strategy. In China, the investment promotion hasdeveloped in the transition period from planned economy mode to market economy mode.The local government plays an important role in investment promotion, even led the wholework of investment promotion in some area in certain period. Despite governmentintervention in investment promotion has made great achievements, but with the process ofeconomic globalization and the constant improvement of China’s market economy system,the shortcomings of this model is also more and more exposed.By analyzing the domestic history of the development of the industrial park, thecourse of development of domestic investment, as well as domestic several typicalinvestment mode, find with common problems, and as a basis for comparing theinvestment model of CSSD in Suzhou Industrial Park, as well as the mode of replication toSu-Chu Modern Industrial Park, this article aims to provide some ideas and references forlocal government investment mode innovative, promote local economic development to ahigher stage.
