The thesis starts from the existing problems in the practice of scientific method education (SME) in physics teaching in high school. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that apart from the effect of teachers’ education ideology, training and the restriction of some objective conditions, the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of SME in physics class are:blurry and unpractical teaching aims for SME, and a lack of effective strategies in the implementation of such education during teaching process, which fails to effectively help students understand and master it, etc.Through literature collecting and analyzing, it is found that the existing researches pay relatively less attention to the teaching objectives of SME in physics teaching, study on the design of the teaching objectives for SME in physics teaching is still insufficient, particularly on the statement of specific teaching objectives, and there is still a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on teaching strategies for implementing the SME in physics teaching, and so are the effective teaching strategies for different levels of teaching objective.Therefore, based on the results of the existing research and teaching practice, this thesis firstly discusses the design of reasonable teaching objectives of SME, and then after summarizing the theory and practice experience of SME in physics teaching, proposes some targeted teaching strategies on the basis of the cognitive strategies study in cognitive psychology and the characteristics of physics teaching. Finally, on the basis of summing up and reflecting the practice, some important relationships that the implementation of SME in physics teaching should deal with are dialectically analyzed.
