This paper mainly introduces the present enterprise middle-level management personnel evaluation techniques and methods, and these measurement techniques and methods of analysis of the existing problems, on this basis, tries to build a set of enterprise middle-level management personnel as the object of the new evaluation system。This paper constructs a new quality of personnel evaluation system mainly has one aspects of innovation:it is the new construction of personnel assessment system in the evaluation of content and some new content, is the middle managers to senior leadership and grassroots staff competency with the particularity of the sufficient consideration, incorporated into the scope of middle-level management personnel particularity: loyalty and motivating force, they are to loyalty and motivational skills such as specific indicators in the evaluation system index system based on enterprises, and joined the middle management characteristics of the factors, including understanding.On this basis, this paper uses ZHD group company builds a project manager recruitment as an example, used to test the third chapter of the middle management personnel evaluation system is efficient.
