Founded in1974, Foxconn technology group with many dazzling aura:the world’s largest professional manufacturer of electronic industry; the world500strong enterprises; Chinese mainland annual exports the biggest enterprise etc.. This is a world famous, production performance of extraordinary super foundry enterprise, since January23,2010Foxconn employees first jump up to November5,2010, there were14successive jump off building events, the society and the world’s attention. In a variety of reasons, to rely on cheap labor and human resource management mode to "thing" as the center is a major cause of the phenomenon of Foxconn. Many enterprises in our country there are management problems and Foxconn similar, lack of ethics problems of enterprise managers should be aware of the enterprise human resources management existence, ethics management, to implement humanization people-oriented, respect for human subjectivity and dignity, internal demand attention to employees, to explore suitable for China enterprise human resources management mode.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the topic, in the first part of the introduction of domestic and foreign about the ethics of management and human resources management ethics research are reviewed, the elucidation of the structures and the study of innovation and inadequate, and the research method. In the second part analyzes the related concept of the enterprise human resources management, including the concept of enterprise human resources management and human resources management ethics definition and function. The third part focuses on the Shenzhen Foxconn company as a case, focusing on the enterprise human resources management ethics problem and reason analysis in Shenzhen, Foxconn employees jump off building events and the reason behind the basis, analysis of the current enterprise human resources management ethics problems and reasons. On this basis, the fourth part discussed the human resources management ethics in Chinese enterprises deal with the principle and strategy, put forward the proposal to Foxconn’s ethical management, the conclusion of the argument of the article is a brief summary.
