As the labor dispatch in China’s popularization, the work of dispatched workers in the enterprise is becoming more and more important. The XY company, which is in the frontier minority area use a lot of labor dispatch workers, and in this enterprise the proportion of The minority of dispatched labor is very high. How to effectively motivate the minority of dispatched labor in this new group, to give full play to this group’s advantage in The minority areas, has become the XY company’s important task.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of labor dispatch, the model of labor dispatch, the characteristics of labor dispatch, the connotation of incentive, the theory of classical motivation and the practical significance of the incentive theory. Secondly, through to the in-depth interviews and observation of XY Corporation’s minority labor dispatch workers, this paper put minority labor dispatch workers into four categories (the old and the high level of knowledge, the old and the low level of knowledge, the young and the high level of knowledge, the young and the low level of knowledge) based on the age and the level of knowledge. Through to detailed interview and analysis, we truly understand the group structure, the behavior characteristic, and the psychological need of the minority dispatched workers in those four groups. Finally combined with the author’s actual work, the effective method is applied in the practical work, such as" employee care plan"," salary integration" and so on. All these programs and implementations give reference method to the enterprise about how to employ and encourage minority dispatched workers.This paper not only enrich the empirical case of minority labor dispatching work motivation, but also provide a theory basis on improving management and environment of The minority of dispatched labor. It also make contribution to the construction of harmonious labor relations in Frontier minority areas.
