Facing the challenges brought by the complex and ever-changing circumstances, Enterprise only continuous learning can develop and survive in the incentive competition. At present, more and more enterprises have been aware of the importance of team learning. The important effect of team learning in the changing environment and improving organizational performance has been recognized by the managers. The study of team learning begins with organization learning. Many of researchers are interested in studying team learning as a branch of the organization learning. Team learning is influenced by various factors from the individual, team and organization level. The role of exchange relationship between leader and members in promoting the team learning atmosphere should not be neglected. The research putting interactive justice as the mediator, study the relationship between leader-member exchange and team learning in order to provide reference for enterprises to promote the level of team learning.This research starts with abundant literature and concludes the research status. We proposed the research hypothesis and establish the research framework based on the summary of relationship between two variables. About research tools, the measurement of Leader-member exchange we use the four dimensional scale revised by Hui Wang based on the culture of Chinese; the measurement of interactive justice, the dissertation use scale made Niehoff&Moorman in1993, many empirical studies has testified the reliability and validity; About team learning, we use the scale made by Gibson and Vermeulen in2003.The maim conclusions of this research are:(1) The loyalty, affect and contribution felled by team members have positive influence on team learning;(2) The loyalty, contribution and affect felled by team members have positive influence on interactive justice;(3) Team members perception of interactive justice has significant impact on experiment behavior, communication and record behavior of team learning;(4) Interactive justice play as an part of intermediary role between leader-member exchange and team learning.Finally, we conclude this paper and put forward the limitations of this study and future research prospects.
