Small and medium-sized enterprises are the cornerstone of urbanization, which has been playing more and more vital role, which guarantees the stable growth of the national and county economy, increase employment opportunities, solve the problem of Rural hollowing and the Left-behind children. however,during the period of social transformation, small and medium-sized enterprises faces lots of challenges.small and medium-sized enterprises should enhance the capability of innovation and competitiveness in order to achieve sustainable development. And it is an arduous task at present. So it is hope to acquire more information through deep analysis of the external and internal situation. The purpose of this paper is to take full advantage of "Industrial Social Work", and puts forward some suggestions.
