With the continuous development of Chinese economy, people’s living standards continue to improve, the proportion of consumption in the ordinary domestic consumer spending gradually increase at the same time, the domestic hotel industry is coming across a good opportunity to develop. The prosperity of the domestic business mainly for business people the hotel industry has developed very quickly. With the rapid growth, many hotel managers have to face similar problems as other companies, that is how to attract and retain talent. With the gradual development of the hotel industry in China, the hotel industry demand for talent has also increased, the lack of talent is a major problem affecting the hotel industry.This paper based on the FangCheng GT Hotel Human Resources, accurately depicts the organizational structure and the composition of the staff of the GT Hotel. After a detailed analysis of the GT Hotel Human Resources, the paper focuses on the recruitment status of the GT Hotel, including the formulation of the GT Hotel recruitment program, the construction of the recruitment team and recruitment process, thought analysis we found that in the GT Hotel’s recruitment there are many problems, that is:a fuzzy concept of talent, recruitment to the lack of detailed job analysis and job description, non-specialized recruitment team, recruitment channels to choose properly, failed to take effective steps of the primaries, there is no follow-up work after the recruitment series of problems and so on. GT Hotel Should establish a correct concept of talent, develop a detailed analysis as well as detailed job description, establish a specialized recruiting team, select the appropriate recruitment channels and take effective steps of the primaries as well as recruitment.Recruitment to improve the GT Hotel has a direct application, while a positive reference and refer to other similar and newly built hotel staff recruitment.
