Currently, China’s real estate industry is on its way to expanse the enterprise size. Basing on the distinctiveness from other industries, more excellent management talents and technical specialists are needed in real estate companies, thus making sure that these companies get specialized and standardized operation. Besides, persons with comprehensive management quality and marketing development ability are badly needed during the period of different expansion. So that the real estate companies can adapt to the constantly changing market environment through their inner talents as soon as possible, promote the companies’core competitiveness, and achieve the goal of better existence and development. Though there is adaption in the real estate industry after China’s macro regulation and control, which leads companies’space of expansion slow, the real estate industry will get long-run development, because China will get constant industrialization and urbanization. Therefore, human resource management will be one of the key works in real estate companies currently and in the future.First of all, basing on the analysis of the concept of human resource management, its development and relative theories, this paper analyze the current situation and future tendency of human resource management in China. Secondly, this paper comes up with the requests of personnel’s qualities and human resource management. Then, this paper does a deep study on JHDF Company’s net requirement of human resource depending on the analysis of its human resource quality and the staff classification. Finally, this paper brings several strategies in JHDF Company’s human resource development and management.The study of this paper not only can accurately evaluate the current situation of the human resource in JHDF Company, but also does well to find the deficit in human resource management in the whole industry. Meanwhile, this paper provides beneficial reference for China’s real estate companies in improving the quality of human resource management.
