Abstract:The enterprise culture theory has been paid more and more attention to by corporations as a modern enterprise management theory, and the merits of enterprise culture has become one of the important symbols of the successful corporations. It proved that if the corporation wants to become a leading corporation with rapid development, high efficiency, strong core competency and innovation ability, the new enterprise culture must be insisted on spreading, developing and innovating. Beidahuang business trade liability group corporation (Heilongjiang nongken area) as the agricultural front, the national team, has taken the responsibility of safeguarding national food security and food safety. During the period of taking the lead in implementing modern agriculture in China and implementing urban-rural integration development in the province, the construction of enterprise culture must be strengthened preferential and continuously. During 60 years of development and construction process, Beidahuang business trade liability group corporation has settled down in this fertile soil, combined the construction of the modern agriculture, linked the modern enterprise culture construction, persisted in the human-oriented scientific development view, and builded a reclamation characteristics enterprise culture. Beidahuang business trade liability group corporation not only produced great material wealth, but also created a forever "Beidahuang Spirit".This paper elaborates the construction of Beidahuang Group’s enterprise culture in five parts using management theories:The first part describes the background, the significance, the structure, the innovation and the research at home and abroad of Beidahuang Group’s enterprise culture; the second part elaborates the general situation, the cultural construction conditions, the advantages, the problems and the causes of Beidahuang Group;the third part describes the enterprise culture interacts the enterprise development strategy in Beidahuang Group, and analyses the internal and external environment of the enterprise culture construction;the fourth part describes the construction goal and construction emphasis of the enterprise culture in Beidahuang Group; the fifth part gives the countermeasure of the enterprise culture development in Beidahuang group from transforming the concept of management strategy, strengthening enterprise culture training system, using the key construction to promote the construction of enterprise culture, enhancing enterprise internal cultural exchange, building the human-oriented enterprise culture construction as a main body, persisting in innovation to build the corporate core competence, adjusting the organizational structure and deepening internal reforms, creating a learning organization and other aspects.
