The Explore of Motivation System in the High-Tech Private Enterprises

Since the reform of economy, increasingly Chinese private enterprises have becoming vital part of China national economy. Even though the rapid development of private enterprise plays an important role on reinforcing national economy improvement, gradually more relying on the talented people has threatened the further expansion of enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises. Therefore, effective development and utilization of the human resource will be one of the fundamental ways of improving the enterprise’core competitiveness, as well as strengthening benefits. Significantly, the more effective motivation mechanism development builds up, the more stable and valuable environment gains, so as to remain in an invincible position.This study chooses a high-tech private enterprise, names CG Technology Company, as research object. The characteristics of high-tech enterprise have been fully taken into consideration. The paper starts from organization structure and existing employment status to find out the problems and difficulties on salary and welfare system, employee training program. and performance evaluation standard through interviewing, questionnaires, sampling. The main research methods include job satisfaction questionnaire, work condition survey and motivation system questionnaire. Besides. the study also point out not only the effective motivation methods of stimulate employee’s enthusiasm and creation, but also provided the solutions and suggestions to help CG solving the problems of motivation mechanism. based on modern motivation theories.First of all. the management of CG Technology Company should begin from the entirely understanding of motivation mechanism. Secondly, the establishment of comprehensive motivation system should focus on effective performance evaluation regulations, being perfect salary system, incentive welfare system and protection price of talented people and special allowance. in order to encourage employee’s enthusiasm and creation, in addition to construct a perfect work environment. Last but not least, the organization should gradually improve the overall management level by authorizing administrative power. paying attention to all details of general management, making employees have the sense of belonging, so as to attract talented people, motive them, and remain them. Hence, the company can achieve a sound motivation mechanism to reinforce the wide-ranging competitiveness power of high-tech private enterprise.This study wishes the exploration of CG’s incentives can offer some experience and enlightenment to other similar private enterprises.
