The rural bank is to set up the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC),the county financial institutions to provide financial services for local farmers,agriculture and rural economic development. However,farmer loan credit technology is not very developed,rural banks, agricultural credit business at a low level,it is possible to deviate from agriculture.support small market positioning.Changxing,Zhejiang United Rural Bank by Changxing county personnel do innovative employed Student Village for agricultural credit business account manager,agricultural credit business has achieved very good results.In this paper, case study method,the main line to the the Changxing united rural banks village official account manager in the agricultural credit business volume of business and the amount of risk control.Village official account manager the ability to highlight the expansion of agricultural credit business,risk control ability,is conducive to the line to further the "agriculture credit.support small-amount loan".And further analysis of the reasons:village official account manager to obtain excellent results behind familiar with rural issues,resolve or at least weaken the information asymmetry between both lenders and borrowers. Case studies found that the the village official account manager in the agricultural credit business development potential, has value to society,enterprises and individuals.The study also found that agricultural credit business to employ the existing constraints and difficulties of the University Student Village.Achieved excellent results the internal mechanism of agricultural credit business of the village bank is able to solve the information asymmetry between both lenders and borrowers.The use of information economics and the principal-agent theory, interpretation of the the village official effect theory behind connotation:in both lenders and borrowers in the course of the game, the the village official account manager can use the reputation mechanism to suppress the adverse selection of borrowers,they again have comparative advantage as the implicit contract to constrain the moral hazard of borrowers.To solve the information asymmetry in the agricultural and agricultural credit business,so they are in outstanding performance in the agricultural credit business.The final conclusion:the employment of university student village official agricultural credit business account manager is a valuable innovation,it is determined to develop the rural market financial institutions learn.And on this basis to optimize the village official client manager system,in-depth rural market policy recommendations,including increasing the number of outlets to increase the number of village official account manager,enhanced training,and so on.
