With the rapid increase in the level of urbanization in China, the contradiction between economic development and population, resources and environment is becoming increasingly prominent. Limited land area and land supply in some areas, land investment, land use patterns is unreasonable, one-sided pursuit of social and economic benefits, lack of maintenance considerations of land ecological environment, resulting in substantial reduction of arable land, the decline in the quality of land resources and the deterioration of ecological environment hinder the sustainable development of the region. Do so in a timely manner to carry out the current land sustainable use evaluation and path building research, to explore ways to mitigate land ecological pressure, thus contributing to the harmonious development of people - ground for achieving the sustainable use of regional land to ensure sustainable socio-economic development is of great significance . Wuhan is the object of study, Emergy analysis perspective, analysis and evaluation of land use system sustainability Wuhan, explore rational land use and sustainable use of the methods and approaches. Research on the content and method of introduction of value analysis, to examine the land ecological economic system of Wuhan operation from 1996 to 2008 to determine the initial level of their sustainability; Second, determine the evaluation objectives, constructed on the basis of value analysis indicators sustainable land use evaluation index system, the use of TS fuzzy neural network evaluation; once again, the application of average impact value method based on BP neural network, the relative contribution of the draw each indicator of the degree of deviation of the system size and direction from the obstacles and drive two aspects of analysis of the factors that affect the sustainable use of land in Wuhan. Finally, the for Wuhan City land use characteristics, there is a problem and the factors affecting its sustainable use, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The study, in 2005, after the land use system in Wuhan degree of deviation, optimize, system sustainability reduced from 1.4678 down to 1.4256 from 0.0347 to 0.3802. Places of fossil fuel consumption increased year by year, land and environmental loading ratio, and waste can value and ground nonrenewable resources emergy common barriers to constitute an obstacle to sustainable development factors; waste generation rate decreased year by year, you can enhancements and ground bearing capacity of population growth constitutes a driving factor in promoting the sustainable development of the system can be updated resource inputs. Based on this, we propose to protect the quantity and quality of arable land, and strictly control new construction with, and the transformation of resource inputs structure and optimize the industrial structure and suggestions to management, urban development planning and to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable use of land.
