Therefore, establishing aperfect agricultural meteorological service platform, to improve the level of ourcountry’s agricultural production plays an important role.Through this topic research, establish a can carry on the agricultural meteorologicalearly warning, meteorological data, the forecast data and meteorological science andagricultural products and services, and other functions of the agricultural meteorologicalservice platform. The study in the hope that through the analysis of agriculturalmeteorological service platform, and the study of the process of website construction, tobe able to understand and master the Web system from the overall plan to the website ofanalysis, design, and system creation, then to the whole process of operation andmaintenance of late, and hope that in the process, can reasonable use J2EE technologyto develop Web applications and to improve the existing agricultural meteorologicalservice business, improve and develop, through SSH framework to realize the highcohesion and low coupling system, improve the extensibility and flexibility of thesystem, and in the late development has carried on the function and performance test, tothe site to ensure developed products are suitable for the demand.
