Microscopic pore structure characteristics of reservoir rock porous media is closely related with the formation and distribution of oil and gas seepage and microscopic residual.To some extent also determines the effectiveness of mining method selection and subsequent adjustment measures. This paper studied A’ER sag reservoir sedimentary microfacies characteristics of porosity and permeability, reservoir sensitivity, seepage characteristics and pore structure characteristics, to further clarify the key factors affecting oil development effect of water flooding, It has important significance for rational and efficient development of A’ER sag. Experimental results show that the factors significantly influence the pore throat radius ratio is microscopic oil displacement efficiency, plane heterogeneity and interlayer heterogeneity is the main factor affecting the ultimate oil recovery, subdivision of layer series, separate zone waterflooding,improve the sweep efficiency is the direction of the main technical measures to EOR.
