The Stripping of Reactive Dyes on Cotton Fabrics by Photocatalytic Method at Low Temperature

Dyeing and finishing process , mistakes and objective conditions of the workers for the dyeing process operation , often defective goods of various colored flowers , pigmentation , printing and dyeing . Traditional stripping process , not only the bath than large , wasting a lot of water resources , and the need to use a lot of chemicals , high cost , but also pollute the environment . Therefore to research green , environmentally friendly textiles stripping method and process , the significance of energy saving and clean production of textile printing and dyeing . The topics based on the photocatalytic technology research and development of a green , environmentally friendly a new photocatalytic stripping method . Light / water system ( UV/H2O ) , light / oxidant system ( UV / H 2 O 2 , the UV / K 2 S four kinds of system 2 O 8 < / sub > ) , light / reductant system (UV/Na2S2O4) , and optical / nano system (UV / TiO 2 ) reactive dyeing of cotton fabric impregnated feasibility stripping stripping and padding . And stripping ratio and strength retention rate of the main indicators optimize the stripping pH, catalyst concentration , temperature , and other factors . By scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy , X - ray diffraction method to test the fiber structure of the stripping analysis , a preliminary study the mechanism of photocatalytic stripping and stripping system . The results show that : cotton fabric dyed in a light / water stripping system has a certain degree of fade, and immersion stripping effect than padding stripping effect , but both strength damage is more serious ; in ultraviolet / catalyst system , reactive dyeing of cotton fabric stripping ratio has improved to varying degrees , the effect of stripping followed by UV / K 2 S 2 O 8 gt; UV/Na2S2O4 gt; UV / H 2 O 2 gt; UV / TiO 2 , while the UV / K 2 < the stripping / sub > S 2 O 8 < / sub> UV/Na2S2O4 - stripping system fabric strength loss is small ; addition , photocatalytic law not only on cotton fabric fixation reactive dyes effectively stripping both good removal of slurry and other impurities and residue to the surface of the fabric .
