This papers use literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments, and mathematical statistics, take 20 junior Wushu athletes of Fuzhou Sports School as experimental subjects to discuss the influence of core strength training to their balance and success rate of difficulty action. Conclusions are as follows:1、Core strength training is a holistic concept, It includes the trunk, hip and trunk. Waist and abdominal strength training is only part of the core strength training.2、Compared with traditional strength training,the training methods and means of core strength training take more attention on the role of power transmission3、Core strength, while having the general characteristics of the power, but the core strength has a higher degree of integration of special quality. It can play an important supporting role to enhance Wushu athletic performance.4、The basic principles of core strength training of junior Wushu athletes are:action accurately place, gradual principle, repeat appropriatly, individuality principle, coordination of movements and breathing5、12 weeks of core strength training can effectively improve junior Wushu athletes balance while they are on single support state.6、12 weeks of core strength training effectively improve junior Wushu athletes balance while they are on double support state.7、Core strength training can effectively improve the success rate of difficulty action.
