Since the reform and opening up, China has sustained and rapid economic development. However, China is a country with rapid, based on a large number of mineral resources. The contradiction between the economic development of our country on the natural resource constraints and environmental destruction and pollution is becoming more and more serious. The huge industrial by-product gypsum discharge, have caused great harm to China environment, the harm with increase of its emissions and become more serious, waste chemical gypsum has caused incalculable damage torivers, farmland etc. With the Chinese urbanization advancement, new wall-material have the use of space very broad, resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum has significant environmental benefits and social benefits.Alpha type high-strength gypsum is a building material with good physical properties, and have higher price and wider application field, it can consist of desulfurization gypsum as raw materials after saturated vapor pressure is produced, the alpha type high-strength gypsum, chemical preparation and reasonable scheme of alpha the high-strength gypsum as raw materials, chemical preparation and reasonable scheme of alpha type high-strength gypsum block, Through the study on influence factors of the production process and material content, with the aid of SEM,XRD and other means of hydration products of gypsum products, microstructure analysis, to determine the alpha type high-strength gypsum block optimal scheme using orthogonal experimental method:alpha type high-strength gypsum800g, water336g, quick lime56g, hydrogen peroxide42g, calcium stearate6.4g,temperature25℃, citric acid0.2g, naphthalene water reducing agent0.8g,the scheme results density was289g/m3, compressive strength was0.726MPa, flexural strength of0.442MPa
