Imidazoline compounds have excellent corrosion effect because of they can form both the physical and chemical adsorption in metal surface. This paper investigate and analysis the experimental results on different acid system to find out how corrosion efficiency changes with the difference of the hydrophobic chain and the hydrophilic chain,and inspect the corrosion effect of oil-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitors by quantum chemistry. And characterize the structure of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor through IR、 GPC、NMR、 TG. Considering corrosion effect by weight loss method、 SEM、 EDS、 XRD and Raman bolt surface analysis method to study the oil-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor XR1C, in HCl-H2O system (HCl concentration of0.1mol/L), H2S-H2O system (H2S concentration of300mg/L), HCl-H2S-H2O system (HCl concentration of0.1mol/L, H2S concentration of300mg/L) and CO2-H2O system with100mg/L imidazoline corrosion inhibitor, under reaction time of6hours at80℃. The experimental results show that XR1C corrosion inhibitor and quaternary amination of XR211corrosion inhibitor in the acid system has good corrosion effect to Q235steel.
