An Off-line Iron Grade Measurement Instrument Design

The instrument provides fast measuring for majority of iron power,so as to improve the yield and quality of iron.In this paper,the principles and methods of iron grade measuring technology are discussed,plus the theoretical analysis. It is pointed out that the application of quality and gamma ray combined measurement of iron grade will be very effective. This paper also discusses the technical feasibility and the concrete application method,and introduces in detail the iron grade measurement system mathematical model establishing method etc.This paper also provides examples of the working cite,consisted of iron grade measurement technology and detection system,with a specific case cited.This paper aims at solving the technological problems in designing detector circuit for iron powder grade measuring,specifying a pulse amplification circuit principle,working principle of photomultiplier tube DC high voltage circuit,stable amplitude discrimination circuit principle and circuit of the overall amplification circuit principle of pulse,that’s,the energy spectrum peak stabilizing technology. This paper also introduces the software design process and method for iron grade measurement system,describing the software system technology,including the accounting method of pulse signal,Intel8253counter chip working mode and characters,how to apply it to count the pulse signal,the main content of the working of processing and data processing module to the acquisition data initialization method, introducing the initializing method for the interrupt and the application of interrupt technology in signal acquisition and signal processing method.Finally,case of Gongchangling red iron ore grade measuring is presented,whose result is quite satisfactory,with measurement error below0.3grade,fully meeting the production needs of accuracy. At the same time,the design scheme of quality-γ combined measurement also achieves satisfactory result,due to its advantages of not being affected by the material thickness changes.
