Tibet border combat training information management system design and realization of research

With the rapid development of high-technology, such as computers and Internet, information management in the armed file is widely combining Internet communication technology, database technology and computer automation technology to improve the efficiency of military office. Our troops in military training on information technology also achieved big development, and the information management’s mode of the unit is also undergoing rapid change. Now,the construction of information technology about unit combat training has becoming a military hot spot, Through using the advanced information management technologies we can increase the quality and level of unit battle training management and information resource management, then further enhance the military’s overall quality and operational capabilities, which has a major impact and far-reaching significance to the information technology in army of our country.The ultimate goal of this paper is order to achieve the Tibetan border battle training information management system. Combined with the practical needs of Tibet border, this paper analysied of the current development and research trends of manageing information which is about unit combat training and office automation in international and domestic firstly, studyed the basic theories of developing system and the popular developing technology in-depth, from reality explored the development feasibility and demand analysis of the system fully, definited the functional modules of the system. The system achieved six modules:operation management, training management, border control duties, office management, file downloads and system settings, all the modules aimed at reducing the information management’s workload of the Tibetan border unit and improving the work efficiency.This system is based on B/S structure and is developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development tools and SqlServer 2000 database in the. NET platform, the programming language is object-oriented C# language. Currently the system has passed all the tests, and it is at the experimental stage. The result of testing and commissioning shows that the system not only meets the actual needs of the Tibetan border unit basically, but also has many advantages, such as easy to use, security and stability, etc.
