The soil salinization now become a global problem endangering agricultural development and ecological environment. Cotton as the main cash crops, occupies a pivotal position in the development of the national economy. China's per capita arable land area is less grain and cotton contention obvious contradiction between cotton cultivation and production is seriously affected. Therefore cultivate salt-tolerant varieties of cotton, the effective development and utilization of saline-alkali soil, an effective way to promote the sustainable development of agriculture. Cotton salt tolerance identification of salt-tolerant cultivar selection plays a vital role in the production morphological tolerance identification method is time-consuming and laborious, and susceptible to external environmental change impacts and seasonal restrictions. 25 parts salt and 23 parts of salt-sensitive cotton germplasm used in this study for the experimental material, using SSR technology, to expand cotton tolerance identification technology research, the initial establishment of the salinity tolerance of cotton SSR identification method. Using 95 SSR primer pairs analysis of 48 cotton salt-tolerant germplasm genetic diversity, recent findings show that the genetic relationship between most germplasm. Narrow genetic base in cotton intraspecific and interspecific genetic variation. The use of group average method (UPGMA) clustering 48 cotton germplasm is divided into three groups, cluster analysis showed that the territorial source has little groups divided and materials. From 5053 pairs of SSR primers screened 26 pairs of high-definition, good stability SSR core primers, to build 48 cotton salt-tolerant germplasm DNA fingerprinting, genetic diversity studies for cotton, purity testing, seed laid the foundation for qualitative identification and evaluation. The preliminary results show that a combination of multi-label identification method can be used for cotton salt tolerance molecular marker-assisted identification. Salinity tolerance of cotton SSR identification method - multi-marker combinations identification method established in this study, for the realization of the molecular identification of salt tolerance in cotton seed laid the foundation, and to provide a theoretical basis for the cotton salt tolerance breeding. But this method is currently only salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive material initial distinction, for further study on the salt tolerance of cotton grading standards.
