The Design of Liquor Blending Optimization and Inventory Management System

With the development of economic improved, the demand of liquor has beengreatly improved in terms of both quantity and quality. However, the productionprocess of liquor has still followed the traditional manual mode, the optimization ofblending and flavoring through computer has not yet been well developed. Therefore,it is an important topic of the liquor industry to make full use of the advantages ofcomputer mathematical calculations.In this paper, Web-based liquor blending optimization and inventorymanagement system has been built; the system includes mainly the following twosections: inventory management and optimization calculation. Finally a set of processis formed by combining these two sections organically.There are lots of factors to be considered during the design, including systemservices objects, development environment and programming language and so on.This paper first introduced programming language, development tool and serverselection used, and then introduced the concrete design and analysis of blending andflavoring optimization calculation module on detail.In blending section, the calculation method of blending was multi-objective,which is able to consider more factors. In this module, in order to make the taste moreharmonious, operators must set the weight for every chemical indicator. In flavoringsection, the expert wine selection system must be established firstly to choose theright flavoring wine, then to solve the mathematical model through the nonlinearprogramming method, and the very specific algorithm used in the program is achievedwith the help of Lindo API, at last introduced the realization of other modules and keytechnologies used in the system.Finally, a test on the completed system is carried out, then cooperating with awinery, the blending and flavoring test is also happened, and the test results havedemonstrated the superiority of the system.
