Study on Emergency Disposal Technology Support System of Environmental Emergencies in Shijiazhuang City

The paper relies on the Shijiazhuang Municipal Environmental Information Center–the research of Shijiazhuang Municipal Environmental emergency management technicalsupport platform. With the results of Shijiazhuang City cloud services technology anddigital geo-spatial framework for urban infrastructure construction, three aspects wereinvestigated: major environmental pollution accident hazard source database, majorenvironmental pollution accident emergency treatment technology plans and theconstruction of standards and operating systems. The aim of the study is to establishenvironmental pollution accident emergency decision support system of Shijiazhuang. Thestudy is an application of the use of modern computing technology, Internetcommunications technology, geographic information technology and other hightechnology, which were aimed to build environment emergency management technicalsupport platform.It was investigated how to build the database by analyzing a variety of hazards source,identification of various types of supporting data. Then using the command system ofenvironmental emergency decision study the practical application of shared servicesplatform based on the key technology of the emergency decision-making. Finally thecorresponding accident emergency service system was formulated according to thedifferent of risk sources.Research results showed that the unexpected events of environmental contingencyplans and emergency response behavior were very complex, and changes with the changeof pollution sources, emergency resources, etc. In the process of contingency plans andemergency disposal, including the time, place and personnel, and make full use of a seriesof emergency countermeasures to the existing resources. This study thought that the causeof major environmental pollution accidents was limited. In order to deal with these riskaccidents, the pretreatment and emergency response disposal scheme were formulatedaccording to the pollutant level of the events. The data supported to make a strategicdecision for major environmental pollution accidents.
