Purpose by surface electromyography of lumbar disc herniation lumbar muscles and lower limb muscle imbalance may be based on, and trying to establish the experimental method of the a detection lower limb gastrocnemius surface EMG. The method will meet the inclusion criteria of the lumbar / sacral (L5/S1) disc herniation of lumbar disc herniation in 44 patients divided into mild pain group (A), in accordance with the different subjects degree of low back pain (VAS score) and , severe pain group (B), produced in Finland ME6000-T8 surface EMG machine were collected from two groups of subjects in the completion of its own weight lumbar erector spinae long load tests and self-designed ankle plantar flexion angle of the gastrocnemius muscle of its own weight as long as the load test Jian, ipsilateral L5/S1 level erector spinae and medial head of gastrocnemius surface EMG analysis the average EMG (AEMG) and median frequency slope (MFS) indicators, and calculate the healthy the ipsilateral AEMG ratio and MFS ratio. Results of the two groups of subjects in gender, age, illness side, height, weight and duration of no statistical the ground significant difference (P gt; 0.05); both groups ipsilateral lumbar erector spinae and medial head of gastrocnemius AEMG compared with the contralateral were significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), the absolute value of the ipsilateral MFS compared with the contralateral significantly increased (P lt; 0.05); A group and B group, subjects and health, ipsilateral MFs group muscle AEMG of two sets of muscles and contralateral absolute value of no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), Group B subjects the ipsilateral two sets of muscles MFS absolute value ipsilateral MFS absolute value than those in group A was significantly increased (P lt; 0.05); B group subjects the two groups muscle AEMG of ratio greater than group A (P lt; 0.05); A group and B group, the subjects vertical spinae and medial head of gastrocnemius MFS ratio showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion surface EMG can be used as a noninvasive tool for detection of lumbar disc herniation lumbar and lower limb neuromuscular function state; ankle plantar flexion angle of its own weight gastrocnemius long load test can be used as the evaluation of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lower limb neuromuscular function One of the methods of the state; patients with lumbar disc herniation bilateral lumbar erector spinae muscle and lower limb gastrocnemius sEMG signal imbalance exists; pain patients with lumbar disc herniation bilateral lumbar erector spinae and lower limb gastrocnemius muscle imbalance is an important factor; lumbar disc herniation patient's waist subjective degree of pain is not the same degree of imbalance, bilateral lumbar erector spinae and gastrocnemius EMG.
