This article complete control strategyhas based on the idea of minimum operation cost. The dynamic programmingmethods is suitable for the analysis of phased strategy and apply to ice storageair-conditioning system control. It can achieve the minimum operation cost.According to the actual situation, the system total cooling capacity was analyzed. Theresult of system energy consumption and operation cost were analyzed throughcomparison between the dynamic planning method and the conventional controlmethod. Through simulation analysis, considering the ice-storage system type,equipment characteristics, building cooling load change, charge of electricity asconstraint conditions, of effective control strategy, and the strategy of economicanalysis.Ice-storage air-condition system is a main method of on-peak electric rateperiods to off-peak periods; it improves efficiency in energy use and optimizesresource allocation. So the key issue concerning Ice-storage System’s future is thathow to use Ice-storage System to its best advantage and achieve maximum benefit forusers. By adopting the use of optimal control strategy and a high performance, reliablecontrol system, Ice-storage air-condition system ensures Ice-storage air-condition runsat a low power consumption and teduces cost.Optimal control is to find an approach that balances the proportion of the coolingsupply provided by the refrigeration host and water storage device to achieve low cost,then it sends this result to an automatic control system for furthering operating. thispaper shows a method based on dynamic programming to optimize the whole controlprocedure, I hope it could be helpful for engineers and workers and provide atheoretical underpinning for operating of Ice-storage air-condition system.
